Climate change and cancel culture, if ‘Scientists’ can’t debate with facts
clearly, they can’t be trusted …

The Main Web Site:
here is another authority telling the truth about the greatest fraud in human history = a fraud with the potential to drive mankind back to the stone age, if the people do not force their gullible or possibly self-serving politicians to consider the truth, based on the utterly irrefutable fact that:
The Climate has been continuously changing on this planet, driven directly by the level of energy output from our local star – The Sun.
The amount of energy that reaches Earth is effected by not only the output from the Sun, but also by Earth’s variable distance from the Sun as most clearly shown by our seasons.
Plate Tectonics & Volcanic action also causes cataclysmic varience as can the fortunately uncommon interference by Asteroid strikes.
The Climate Changes have, over the 4.6 Billion years of Earth’s existence, has been dramatic from times at which Britain was burierd 1Mile deep in ice to periods when it was a lush green warm, if not hot, jungle of CO2 saaturated plant growth. Be minded for millions of years Earth had no Oxygen in it’s atmosphere, and there were, it is believed, it rainedf constantly for at least 10,000 years, whilst at other times cracks 100s of miles long opened and for 1,000s of years they poured out toxic gases and molten rock!
Mankind, even in early Hominid form was a very late comer to this planet and have so far been here for a very brief period, even measired against the Dinasaurs that were here for over 170,000,000 years relative to mankind’s approximate 1,000,000 years or or One 4,600,000,000th of Earth’s life!
Be minded that mankind were a mere 10,000,000 when agriculture was invented 20,000 years ago and settled farming saw around 14,000,000 when it started 12,000 years ago. The population by the year Zero had slowly crept up to 250,000,000 and it started to accelerate reaching 1 Billion by 1804, it had not reached 2 Billion when my parents were born in 1921 that didn’t happen until 1927. When I was born in 1946 the population was still less than 2.5 Billion, in 1962 when my wife was born the population was only 3.15 Billion yet less than 60 years later tyhe population has doubled to around 7.8 Billion and annual growth has doubled since I was born.
It is a sobering thought that everyone on the planet had died yesterday, more people would have died yesterday than all of the peoples who have died in human history!
Despite the burgeoning numbers of human, expected to peak at around 11 Billion later this century and then start radically falling in numbers there is very little discernible effect that we have had on the planet – yes in areas we have cut down forests but there are in fact more trees in the northern hemisphere than there were over a century ago. Also many areas have been greatly enhanced in terms of vegetable matter as a result of mankind’s irrigation.
One aspect of loss of vegetable growth perilously overlooked by the anthropogenic climate change fantasy/fraud is that much of the fall in growth of vegetation is directly due to the low rates of CO2 in modern times, as CO2 is essential for healthy vegetable growth with a minimum level of around 1,200 parts per million and the paucity of large mammals and reptiles may well be down to low CO2 levels with it being around 400ppm now as opposed to some 6,000ppm in former prehistoric times.
A great deal of the Carbon having been trapped in high Carbon content of sedimentary rocks like Limestone & Chalk that formed over millenia. With Carbon locked into rock via the shells that form the basis of Chalk there is considerably less Carbon available to bond with Oxygen to form CO2 so it may be a very long time before we see CO2 levels rise back to their optimum, surprisingly a process aided, in a minuscule way, by the burning/combustion of what are emotively defined as ‘Fossil Fuels’.
Although there is a wealth of information published in support of the popints I made here, sadly there is a dirth of honest informed reporting, debate or independent thought amongst the all too Woke and gullible meeeja and Politicians who have, by and large, fallen for the fraudulent myth that mankind is responsible for Climate Change be that obfuscated by terms like Global Warming; an integral part of the changes of climate brough about by the energy output of The Sun and the other great sidestep of the fraudsters to blaming pollution!
May I commend Bjorn Lomborg’s essay below and if you want more factual information track down his books and other polemics and those of others like him who he widely quotes:
Across the world, politicians are now promising climate policies costing tens of trillions of dollars — money we don’t have and resources that are desperately needed elsewhere.
Yet, climate campaigners tell us, if we don’t spend everything on climate now, nothing else matters, because climate change threatens our very civilization. As President Biden says: climate change is “an existential threat”.
Yes, climate change is a real problem. However, it is typically vastly exaggerated, and the resulting alarmism is exploited to justify the wasteful spending of trillions.
Pointing this out will get you cancelled. I should know, because I have personally been on the receiving end of this climate alarmism enforcement for years. Last week, I was scheduled to give a public lecture at Duke University when a group of climate-politicized professors — some who write for the UN Climate Panel — publicly asked Duke to cancel my appearance.
One of my presentation points was highlighting the latest full UN Climate Panel report which estimates the total cost of climate change. They found that unmitigated climate change in half a century will reduce general welfare equivalent to lowering each person’s income by between 0.2 and 2 percent. Given that the UN expects each person on the planet to be much better off — 363 percent as wealthy as today — climate might cause us to only be 356 percent as rich by then. That is a problem, but certainly not the end of the world.
Why don’t most people know this? Because stories of catastrophe and human guilt garner more clicks and are better for weaponizing political arguments. Unfortunately, we’re unlikely to make good decisions if we’re panicked.
The political forces looking to spend the climate trillions and the academia segment supplying the fear want to scrub the climate debate of anything but the scariest scenarios. They want an unwavering allegiance to vigorous spending on climate policy, no matter its effectiveness. They insist on treating this issue as a moral binary choice instead of a realistic balancing of costs and effectiveness which would allow for our many other challenges to be heard as well.
Certainly, the professors at Duke didn’t want anyone to hear dissenting facts.
They tried to stop the lecture through outright lies, such as claiming that my funding comes from Exxon and the Koch brothers. These claims are categorically untrue. They also declared that I had been deemed scientifically dishonest, although the mock trial which originated that claim has been completely overturned and annulled because it contained no arguments.
More worryingly, they raged about how climate catastrophes are so terrible that we should not allow any more climate debate. Yet, their claims were almost uniformly untrue. They said that “much of the Australian continent” had been devoured in climate-induced fire. But we know from satellite measurements, published in Nature, that while the fires near population centers had severe impacts, the total land area burned was 4 percent — one of the lowest-ever percentages, from an average this century of 6.2 percent and last century of 10.1 percent. Four percent is not “much of the Australian continent.” Such claims are more like rantings from people who have been watching too much alarmist TV.
They claimed that “countless lives” are being lost to climate-related disasters worldwide. Yet, the International Disaster Database shows that in the 2010s, 18,357 people died each year from climate-related impacts such as floods, droughts, storms, wildfire and extreme temperatures. That is the lowest death count in the past century, a 96 percent decline since the 1920s, despite a larger global population. And 2020 had an even lower death count at 8,086.
Yet, we can only know this when we’re allowed to hear facts presented. Thankfully, Duke University didn’t cave to their craven arguments (you can watch my talk here), but the attempts to suppress free speech, facts and knowledge continue.
The easiest way to get societies to authorize the spending of tens of trillions we don’t have is to scare us. The academic and activist faction that sets the threatening tone in the climate conversation want dissent eliminated, leaving themselves the only ones authorized to tell you how scared you should be. To avoid wasting trillions, we should not let them.
